TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We will require a valid debit/credit card number to confirm your booking and guarantee it against cancellation. The first night of your stay will be charged to that card upon reservation.

If, after confirming your reservation, you need to cancel or amend your booking, there will be a charge, as follows:

From booking until 7 days before arrival date: £25 cancellation charge
Within 7 days of arrival date: One night's stay becomes payable
Within 2 days of arrival date: Full amount of booked stay becomes payable

Early departures during your stay will not be refunded unless your room can be rebooked without loss.
 

(Note that we reserve the right to amend these cancellation terms, particularly for groups, special events, bank holidays and busy periods (e.g Conferences). You will be advised of any variations upon booking.

We strongly advise that you take out travel insurance to cover any amendment / cancellation charges.

Upon arrival, you will be required to pay for the entire stay. Credit card transactions will attract a surcharge of 2% to cover our bank costs. Payments by cash, cheque or debit card will not attract any additional charge.

At Colson House, we accept our responsibility regarding your privacy. We may hold your information on our computer.We will not disclose your personal information to third parties without your explicit consent.

Credit card details will be processed by PROTX.
