Colson House is surrounded by great bars and restaurants where you can unwind after your busy day - Mark and Eamon, the owners, will be happy to guide you to the best the town has to offer. WiFi is available (free) in the guest house. The Brighton Centre is a 15 minute walk along the seafront (or we can call you a cab if you prefer). Hove Centre is a 20 minute walk or a bus ride. The Dome is only a 5 minute walk away.
